A fascinating look at learning and mastery

First, this is a book that after reading the overview and first chapter, I want to add to my collection. I am interested in reading anything about how our brains work, and although this is not a book about science, it does incorporate and explain the basics of principles that lead to mastering your interests and passions. The book will use examples of successful people in a variety of areas, but the main focus is providing the process that anyone can use to improve their performance in any area. Based on the first chapter, this book will hold my interest and likely become a reference that I will use in my lifelong learning journey. The only thing that could be improved is the cover. Seeing the cover alone would not encourage me to look further into the book.
