The cover on this book is stunning! I was immediately drawn to the book based on the cover alone. Add to that an intriguing concept of a house full of LGBTQ2+ characters in a manor house in the 1950s and you have the makings of a secret filled twisty mystery.
The characters seem to have weight and depth. I am loving that the detective is a disgraced member of the police force which will give a good base of skills from which to conduct his investigation.
The first few chapters of the story I have read have left me wanting to know more.
