I’m so impressed with this so far! I really like the way it’s written, first off, and how the dialogue isn’t super confusing. I also like how it’s true to how it was in the 50’s (assumingly, of course, because I wasn’t actually alive then) and shows what it was like to be queer at the time—maybe you weren’t murdered immediately, but you were definitely shunned by society and probably called a Commie. I can’t wait to read the rest of this and see where it’s going!
