The cover is attractive and intriguing. After reading the first look I already love the story and felt immediately drawn into the world of Lavender House.
I love a locked door mystery and this seems very intriguing. Plus, I love the immersive descriptions of the setting and the characters are beautifully crafted- compelling and interesting. I now want to know more about them and meet the other characters not in the first two chapters.
