The cover of this book immediately drew my attention when I saw it. I love the outline on the cover and think that it is really unique and intriguing. Once I started reading the story, I found it to be interesting and it kept my attention all the way through. The story centers around the main character, Evander Mills, who is tasked with discovering the truth behind a matriarch's mysterious death. The matriarch is Irene Lamontaine, who happens to be the head of a well known soap empire. I was impressed with the author's writing and found the story to be well written. I found myself wanting to know what happens next in the story after reading the preview, and I think a lot of people will enjoy this novel.
