Unfortunately, I did not finish this book. I started it and immediately felt like I was missing something, like I couldn't keep track of all of the characters and they weren't introduced completely. Then I hopped online and did a little digging and learned this was a sequel (kind of) to Vacationland by the same author. I think jumping in to this one without reading the first book just led to a lesser connection to the characters and confusion overall. I will say I found the book well written and the setting of this town to be pretty compelling, so much so that I'd consider picking up Vacationland and starting from scratch one day. I hope and believe fans of Sarah Stonich and Vacationland would enjoy this one as well.
