I read the first 10 pages and just couldn't get into. I think it didn't seem to have much going on for me; just a bunch of people sitting around gossiping and trying to decide if someone should go check on Rauri. I feel like their main motivation to check on him was the money could win from their winter bet that he has the answer to each year. I think there are other people wbo would like this kind of story telling, it just wasn't for me.
