I really enjoyed Lando’s Luck. Is it the best Star Wars book ever written, no. But it is a fun read, especially for young readers. You get a little look into Lando, his selfish, greedy interests but also a bit of his soft side. The story moves along well taking Lando to various planets as we works to achieve his own desires while at the same time trying to help a young princess in distress.

One of the best characters of the book, which is not uncommon in the Star Wars universe, is Lando’s droid L3-37, who very effectively plays the role of droid and “human” with equal skill.

Lando works with the young Princess Rinetta in trying to help her save her good friend Zel, and return the Soltice Globe to her world.

Again, a fun read for young readers.
