This is beautifully written and engaging. It gives us a perspective into the lives of different people dealing with different, real-life challenges. The first short story was very enjoyable to me. I am myself a twin, and so I like to see how others, who aren't, would perceive being one. I thought the author did a pretty good job. I like the fact that she didn't go with the standard thinking that twins are always alike or always have to be with each other. It was refreshing, in that regard.
The story was fast and gripping. We wanted to know what was going to happen and we cared about the character. I really liked it.
