DNF'd 60% in.
I was going into this hearing how there was insta love and not to go in with high expectations...but I did anyways. The beginning? Wonderful I loved it, from seeing how Arien and Violetta life was living with their "mother" and how Arien condition affected things in their daily lives. But around 132 pages things changed but I pushed through and started skimming. The way Violetta's opinion on Rowan changed so fast... like overnight fast. It was just too much for me. All up to chapter eleven Violetta couldn't stand Rowan; she hated him but wanted to know more about him. Then at the end of chapter ten she just stopped?? After that I was just annoyed.
The writing was great, I loved it. It made it so much easier to read that I flew through the first 100 pages, but after the quick change up I just couldn't fly through like before. I wish the hate was drawn a little more then her slowly starting to like him.
