The synopsis of this novel sounded very interesting when I first read it, so I figured that I would like this story when I read the preview of it. I was impressed right off the bat with the author’s writing and found it to be very original and engaging. The main character, Leta, is interesting and I like how the novel is a story filled with monsters and that Leta ends up falling for a character (Rowan) who is bound to a death god. I would like to see where the story goes, as I found the plot to be very intriguing. The cover of the novel is also very beautiful as well!
