So mysterious and intriguing!
First off, I love the relationship between Violeta and Arien. They fight for each other and take care of one another in the best of ways.
I also love the little snippet of backstory we’re given in this first look- it has me hooked! What in the world happened to those two in the forest all those years ago?
Definitely want to see where things go with Lord Sylvanan, what happens with Arien’s shadows, and how/if they get away from their “mother”. Major points to the author for what seems to be fantastic characterization so far!
