Witty & Energetic!
Kiss & Tell is told from Hunter's perspective as he traverses his way through relationships and the various outside pressures he faces trying to be his true self while in a band.
It was witty at times, sad at times, and heartwarming at times.
The writing flow felt quick and energetic which for a story about a boy band was perfect. There were news articles, interviews, emails, and various social media posts about the boys throughout that I thought added a unique outside perspective for the reader. I did feel like there wasn't enough depth to the story though. There's a lot of characters and their challenges were touched on, but it didn't seem like much growth happened...even Hunter's growth felt a little lacking.
Kiss & Tell hits on a lot of relevant topics making it a thought-provoking read all wrapped up in a fun, sometimes humorous story.
