Hunter is a boy band superstar, but as Kiss & Tell's only gay guy he's been pigeonholed. He's definitely not feeling every role The Label has for him. Fresh out of a bad breakup, The Label cooks up a fake dating scheme, but Hunter is actually interested in dating Kaivan (one of the member's of Kiss & Tell's opener).

This book started out strong and had a cool and unique format, but Hunter just seemed to get worse as the book wore on. I really appreciate what this book was trying to do, and it had great representation. However, much of that representation was grossly underused. The diversity in Kiss & Tell was awesome, but the other members of the band had so little page time. It ended up being a big disappointment. Another thing that bothered me is the overuse of the word "boner." Like seriously, I lost count and it just seemed like every chapter had a boner reference.

In the end I didn't love this book, but I didn't hate it either. I would have loved to have seen more of Hunter's relationship with his bandmates instead of him being ceaselessly whiny.
