Adib Khorram is the author of Darius The Great Is Not Okay, another book I loved. Adib is a great author. Kiss & Tell is a YA, queer contemporary romance with a lot of music in it! Just from the genre alone you know this will a fun yet emotional read. I love YA boy band books and this reminded me a lot of If This Gets Out. This book follows Hunter and his band as they tour North America. Hunter is gay and recently had a very public breakup. Hunter likes his perfect image but he's not sure he really fits it or the pressure he's under. He also starts falling for the drummer of the opening band. The romance was cute but I would have liked to see the white privilege addressed in this book too. The is on the older side for YA readers, but I love sex positive YA books and think we need more of it in that genre. This felt different from Darius but I loved both books a lot!
