When a book has good LGBTQIA+ representation, it gets ten times better in my opinion. The representation is good and authentic, which is something a lot of books don’t have. They seem to fall short. Anyway, you don’t have to be LGBT to appreciate the authenticity, but it does help ;)
I had high expectations for this book and I was not disappointed in the slightest. The characters were great and made me care about their story, and the plot had me hooked. I really couldn’t put it down, which is saying something because I’m dyslexic and usually get frustrated with reading after a bit.
There were a few small things I could complain about but they were very small and mostly my issue so I could very easily overlook/forgive them.
Overall, I highly recommend this book. Easily a 10/10! It won’t let you down and will leave you wanting more! I STILL WANT MORE!
