I think with the popularity of kpop nowadays, it is so nice to see a LGBTQ+ book based on a boy band. I know that, maybe a year ago?, a LGBTQ+ kpop boy band, called Lionesses, debuted. So it's very heartwarming to see this disperse into such a conservative society like Korea.

But onto this book. I really liked the cover. The vibrant colors and the illustrations made me smile and were the best colors to grab your eye.

Hunter is such a relatable character. He is definitely easy to like, so you get invested in his story and want to read more. I think his situation is one that you can readily imagine yourself in, even if you aren't a celebrity. I really enjoyed reading about his development and how he grew.

But as with most fictional bands, I get sad that I can't actually hear their songs, especially since Kiss & Tell was supposed to write all of their songs. Overall, really a great book and I have no regrets reading it.
