When Hunter, the gay, sensitive and shy boyband performer, gets his heartbroken during his first breakup, it becomes more public than he perceives. As the only gay-member of the pop group, he starts to realize the negative repercussions roll out such as publicly leaked sexy texts and personal photos get released. Hunter's got it tough all while being apart of a touring superstardom phenomenon.

Outside of being a Young Adult novel and a romance, this book brings up a lot relevant points and societal issues that need to be communicated to the reader. From racism to sex and body/positivity, we get to experience Hunter and his new love interest, Kavian walk through their journey.

Kavian, himself is a gay American musician of Iranian heritage who’s trying to establish an independent artistic identity. But sadly, those depths weren’t really explored.

Overall, it was a good read even if it wasn't my cup of tea. I'm sure someone else would appreciate it way more though.
