The Kiss Quotient offered a non traditional protagonist in portraying a woman with Aspbergers Syndrome. I enjoyed this aspect of the book, one of the reasons that I read is to learn about situations that I’m not familiar with.
Showing how the Aspberger’s traits made her a stronger financial and demographic analyst was interesting. It was also nice to see her be able to give reasons for some of her preferences such as not wanting to cook with plastic containers. She was so nuanced in some areas and very naive and childlike in other aspects.
I found the characters to be charmingly awkward and liked the overall “Pretty Woman” situation in reverse premise. I just found the bedroom scenes to be a bit drawn out and repetitive.
