I’ve now read this twice, and have really fallen for these characters and this world.
I have some small problems with the huge miscommunications near the end (I was like “nooooo just talk to each other!” And “no you guys just literally talked about underwear purchases, why are you misreading this situation?”) some misunderstanding in a romance isn’t shocking to me, but this one was a looooooot.
I don’t know if I was in a different headspace my second time or it was that I physically read it instead of listening, but I connected right with Stella and was crying every time she felt hurt. I loved Micheal’s family so much.
I devoured The Bride Test too, and can’t wait for every book in this series.
