Trigger and content warnings for unwanted touching and forced kissing, lowkey sexual harassment, anxiety attacks, abandonment, a loved one with a chronic illness.

The Kiss Quotient is so deserving of all the hype it has received thus far. This book has very explicit and graphic sex scenes, so be warned if that is not something you're into.

“I don't want just a night or a week or a month with you. I want you all the time. I like you better than calculus, and math is the only thing that unites the universe.”

This is an ownvoices novel about a high-functioning autistic woman who has a successful career, however her life is lacking personal connections. Her mother is pressuring her to find a boyfriend, but Stella feels un-confident that she is able to have a relationship where she can be herself. She believes that she is bad at sex, so she hires an attractive escort to teach her.

Michael is an escort that has one rule he doesn't do more than one session per client. However, he is willing to make an exception for Stella. Michael is biracial (Vietnamese and Swedish), his dream is to be a fashion designer, and has always put his family first. He is such a swoon-worthy hero. I loved his relationship with his mother, they are the cutest!

“She didn’t know how to be semi-interested in something. She was either indifferent . . . or obsessed.”

I just adored everything about Stella! I have a family member on the autism spectrum, and personally I've never read about a character with the same diagnosis. I loved the way that Stella and Michael's relationship evolved, they both treated each other with respect from the beginning and they had such sweet tender moments that melted my heart.

This book had the perfect amount of cuteness, and the fake dating trope done flawlessly done.I recommend The Kiss Quotient with all my soul!
