When I first started reading this book I was slightly concerned that it was going to end up a little too much like fifty shades of grey. I was very pleasantly surprised though!
I instantly warmed to the main character, a girl with aspergers syndrome, who was struggling to find a boyfriend. She felt pressured by her family to get a boyfriend, so hired a male escort to throw her family off her back. This is where it turns slightly 'pretty woman' esque....but in a good way. It was kind of obvious that she was going to enjoy his company more than she first planned, and their relationship was really heartwarming the whole way through. It opened my eyes to the struggles of autistic friends in their love lives.
