I'm a fan of quirky protagonists and Stella definitely has her fair share of quirks, which make her entertaining, vulnerable and overall likeable. The premise of the book is a predictable though this isn't the kind of book you'd pick up for the plot twist. As an audiobook, this was easy to get through without having to concentrate on the plot or characters. There were definitely some parts that were maybe more steamy that I would've expected (thankfully wearing earbuds at the time for those!) from what was an otherwise breezy rom com with conflicts that were funny and solveable. Listening to the audiobook was like listening to a movie - entertaining, bright moments, funny situations and levity.
