I wanted to really love this book, but it just was not meant to be. The writing was wonderful and the characters were definitely memorable. I just could not get past the situation they were in. Stella's Asperbergers was not an issue for me but the way she dealt with Michael made me a bit sad. I understand how the diagnosis makes her life very difficult. I really did think his character was easy to fall in love with and he was in such a difficult situation with the bills. He was trying to be such a good person with such a bad job. And of course Stella just wanted to learn how to be intimate with someone.
I wish I enjoyed this book more. I really wanted to love it. But it was just okay for me with 2.5 stars.
