Economist genius Stella Lane is happy with her numbers, data and algorithms, but when her mother pressures her for grandchildren, she realizes that she's going to have to do something quick. There's just one problem: Stella might be a whiz with numbers, but she's bad around people. Really bad. And sex...don't even think about it. Enter Michael Phan—a Vietnamese-Swedish escort who is a dead ringer for Daniel Henney. Their relationship is strictly professional. Until the sparks start flying.

I'm not normally a romance fan, but this was hot, hot, hot. Maybe it's all the YA I've been reading, but Michael's slow seduction of Stella was right up my alley. Daaaaaaaaaaaaaamn those sexy scenes were graphic...in a good way.

I loved that the two weren't stereotypical romantic leads—Stella has Aspergers and Michael is a POC—and that the story touches on issues of consent and power within a relationship, in addition to intermixing cultures and family dynamics.

And bonus—this is an #ownvoices story, written by an author who has Aspergers just like Stella. The story is so wonderful and Stella and Michael are both adorable.

It's cute, sweet and the narrator of the audiobook, Carly Robins, does a phenomenal job.
