What a conundrum! How to write about a book that was not for me (the two empty stars) but one that I feel many others will like very much (hence the other three stars)? The premise of a young lady wishing some romantic coaching to overcome her social awkwardness brought about by her case of Tourette’s syndrome was interesting to begin with but once she lined up her lessons with her dragon tatted, martial art master, love tutor things started to really get a bit preposterous sliding to tedious. In the end, the thing that I liked best was the character of Stella who was rather charming with her lack of filter as a result of her affliction introduced in the beginning of the book. It will be interesting to read some other opinions.
