I really enjoyed The Kiss Quotient by Helen Hoang and am eager to read the other books in this series. Fair warning, this book is steamy, so know that going in. If you like open door romance like I do, this book is for you.
One thing I loved about this book is it was a storyline I had yet to see in a romance book. Main character Stella has Asperger’s like the author, so you are getting an authentic look at the syndrome. Stella hires Michael, an escort, to help her confront her intimacy issues and while the storyline may be predictable with Stella and Michael of course developing feelings for each other, there is a lot more going on.
Hoang’s writing style will make this book hard to put down. I was so invested in what would happen with Stella and Michael and I loved all the secondary characters you meet along the way. The story moves along very quickly and you’ll definitely be smiling and maybe even blushing while reading this!
