I read this book as part of my book club. It is not a book I would have picked up on my own. The story starts with college sweethearts meeting again after years apart. The chapters alternate between the past and the present and different characters viewpoints but it is easy to follow. It is a story about second chances and when are second chances ok? Can you take back the past in order to move foreward? There was some language and scenes in the book that were mature so I would recommend this book to more mature audiences. I didn’t care for some of the scenes and felt they actually took away from the story. Overall it was an enjoyable book but I don’t know if I would read another book by this author.
