Wow, magic, royalty, a failed assassination, a foiled crime and a great action scene to set it all off down an exciting road! Please let me finish reviewing this book in full, as it has started out to be one heck of an adventure. Its perspective of hindsight is a unique angle you don't see too much of in books and promises to make this one engaging and interesting. It will be fun to see how Michael threads through these adventures and suspicions to either prove himself innocent or guilty. I love how quickly the story draws you in and makes you part of the character's memory. It would be an honor to help review this book and share that once I'm finished reading the entire thing. Who knew royalty could be so exciting!
