For me there was a bit too much information being thrown at me, I probably would have preferred the backstory to be woven in more into the dialogue rather than coming in lengthy paragraphs, though it is interesting stuff and I’d be curious to know what Amber has been told about Penrod. While the cover doesn’t necessarily tell me anything about the book, that sure is a beautiful lion, it would definitely catch my eye.
