Amber lived in a harem prior to being rescued by her current fiancé. Her sister is still in the harem and has a child. Another sister is married. Amber is getting used to life outside the harem. There's some jealousy from a former friend of her fiancé. There was a lot of action in the first few pages of this story. While there is potential for some interesting plot-driven stories, and a bit of romance, I don't think this is for me. None of the characters have jumped out at me as someone I would like to root for. I am sure some will enjoy the time period and setting and enjoy the story.
