Juliet is a self-proclaimed Puerto Rican baby dyke from the Bronx who just came out to her family before she left for an internship in Portland Oregon. It is a coming of age story that so many young women can relate to, gay or straight or somewhere in between. It is about finding yourself, loving yourself, not who your family or society wants you to be. This contemporary YA is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for me and I hope we can get it into every young girl’s hands to inspire her to love herself!
