I absolutely adored this book. I think that this book could be adapted into a film or a Netflix series. It was a feel-good story and a lot of character development. This book would make for a great book club pick leading to lots of discussion. If you are looking for a family drama that touches on issues including: grief, racial issues, forgiveness, and alcoholism, Judge's Girls is a must read. You will learn a great deal about each of the character's and their resiliency. This is such a wonderful story line and highly recommend it to readers who are looking for a unique plot line. I will be recommending this book to friends, family, and library patrons. Pick-up this book if you're looking for a binge worthy quarantine read. This story was thought-provoking, and emotional. Readers will feel like they are apart of the family, and get an in-depth look at each character's struggles and successes.
