While the pleasant, inoffensive cover did not immediately draw me in, it didn't push me away either and I think its simplistic, light hearted vibe sets the tone for the book. I'm not much for this genre and I thought it was alright, although the story didn't really draw me in or captivate me to keep reading. If family dramas are your jam, you might really dig this novel!
