This book was not what I was expecting. When reading a thriller book or at least one following an investigation where you want to see it solved and find the killer sometimes you lose your interest because of the context or the pacing but that was not the case with this book. I felt like I was the main character and solving the mystery. The perspective and the way it was written gave me a sense of the town and the crime scene. I was surprised with what was going on from start to finish. Although the book wasn’t that short it felt like there was little words since I was really interested in what was going on in the book. I don’t think there is much I would change or wish that ended differently. The ending or conclusion of the book seemed like a fitting end. I just was not personally a fan of the cover. I don’t know if it was the font of the title or the colors but it didn’t catch my eyes
