You know after seeing the movie, Little Women, I can only see Timothée Chalamet being Laurie. That's it. There is no one else. I fell in love with him while watching the movie. Just like I'm sure other people did as well. Maybe. Not completely sure but going with my guy here people.
It probably doesn't help that I think of Saoirse Ronan as Jo either. Sue me people. I just love those actors. Either way, I just kept picturing these two throughout the book. Some would say that those reasons alone are probably why I devoured the book. Others, like me, would be completely agreeable on that statement alone.
So, yes, I did enjoy this little retellings. Do I wish to see this as a movie? Of course I do. I truly adored her friendship with Laurie. They just had a spark.
