I was absolutely thrilled to win this gorgeous copy of Jo & Laurie, and I believe this book is perfect for any and all fans of Louisa May Alcott's famous book, "Little Women." First of all, the cover is incredible, and it looks beautiful on my bookshelves (gotta admit, that's something important! :)
Second, the writing is fantastic, drawing the reader in right away to one of the greatest friendships/love stories/neighbor relationships in all of literature. Jo has always been a strong character in Little Women, so it was fun to see the author run with her imagination and her envisioning of Jo. This book would make the perfect gift for any book lover in your life (and Christmas is coming up, so here's a gift idea).
