I was disappointed that this was not a sequel or love continued with Professor Bhaer. That is where the story should have gone because as a huge fan of Alcott, Laurie not an option for Jo. However, I love the author's writing and am willing to read where this might go. Maybe my eyes will be opened to a new twist.
