A Beautiful Retelling
"Little Women" is one of my favorite novels, and this book makes me feel like I'm reading it all over again. I love the character relationships, and find it refreshing that the authors weren't afraid to take this story to a different place. After all, the Alcotts were a real family, and it's interesting to consider what their reactions to Louisa May Alcott's semi-autobiographical novel might have been. The authors have hit the nail on the head and crafted a novel that will be enjoyed by newcomers and devout fans of Alcott alike.
