I always love what comes out of a proposal

The style, plot and characters were fun and rich with the stereotypical expectations that families can place upon their adult children. Starting the book off with the Latino siblings and Luis already feeling he’s letting down his brother, I can relate to because of my heritage. Now you have another dynamic of culture and expectations from Sara’s family and disapproval towards her social media job. But what I loved the best was the proposal of having Luis play her boyfriend. This is always a guarantee for drama, heartbreak or happily ever after. And these style of writing always keeps me entertained and heartbroken once I have to say good bye to the characters. I’m a sucker for a love story.
