Romance isn't my favorite kind of book, I usually read fantasy, but I was very impressed. I loved the cute, lighthearted romance.
Island Affair by Priscilla Oliveras is a nice, easy read. It's the first in the .Island Affair takes place in Florida Keys. The novel is about Sara, who flies to the Keys to see her boyfriend, only to see that he's ditched her. And normally, this wouldn't be that big of a deal. But as a Social Media influencer in a family full of doctors, Sara has something to prove. She meets Luis, the perfect solution to her issue. The reader can tell that they have chemistry, but Sara doesn't know if her family will believe it.
I loved how this book shows the pressure of trying to be the best for everyone around you (Sara's family). Her family is perfect, and she just wants to fit in. It's important because this is a struggle for a lot of people.
Overall, a beautiful read. Would recommend.
