Romance is not usually genre of choice, but I could not resist Island Affair. The bright colors of tropical plants and birds on the cover peaked my interest- It looks like summer itself. The bright, sexy colors of the cover carry on into the words. You enter a bright and sunny world full of potential romance. So far, from the First Look, the plot does not seem like it will be revolutionary, but that didn't lessen my enjoyment of it. The descriptions of Key West and the quirks of the characters are what kept me reading. Now I need the finished book, a pool, and a fruity drink and I'm a happy woman.
