I loved the incredibly descriptive writing that Linda LeGarde Grover does! She makes you feel like you are actually part of the story! I'm so incredibly curious as to why Loretta surrenders Azure and Rainy to the county! What would drive a mother to do that! I'm also wondering what all Azure and Rainy go through and how it affects them. This sounds like an incredible book and I would love to read this book!
