I wanted to love it
I was eager to get my hands on this book and read it. When I read the blurb, I knew this was going to be a book about sexuality and self-discovery.
In the first few chapters, I enjoyed getting to know Julia. She was funny, innocent, and a charming character. I appreciated the idea of a woman not being afraid to admit what she likes/dislikes when it comes to sex. Julia had never had a great sexual experience with men.
After a party, she finds herself being attracted to a woman named Sam. She is spontaneous and follows her desires. Sam was a sexual teacher for Julia.
I believe the story needed to have more depth to the characters story. It had so much potential but just fell short for me.
