Initially, I as not sure this was going to be the book for me or that I would enjoy reading it. Although it looked interesting and I read the beginning which also stemmed interesting, I still was not sure I would like it. Not because it wasn’t a good book, it just was not the typical book that I would usually read. However, thanks to bookishfirst sending me a free copy, I gave the book the full chance that it deserved and I am now very great full for that.
“I Must Betray You” by Ruta Sepetys is an amazingly important story that I feel people should definitely read. The book was actually fairly easy to read, but it had a lot of important stuff happening which made it interesting. My only criticism would be that the paving was a bit slow. I was able to get through it and enjoy the story though. Although I was a bit let down by the lack of spies and mysteriousness, I still enjoyed the book
