I am a big fan of Ruta Sepetys, which predisposes me to any of her new releases. The first look at "I Must Betray You," however, is particularly interesting. With Russian relations in the forefront of the news cyle, I'm eager to dive into some historical fiction for perspective. In the chapters provided, it is evident that this is an immersive story with a strong sense of climate and culture, good character development, and the kind of cliff-hanger-like chapter endings that will readers to read on. I'm eager to do so.
