I love Gayle Forman books! This story is so sad. "I have lost my way.", haven't we all felt that way at some point in time. The characters just jump off of the pages, they are that realistic to me. I felt their pain. A book should make you feel and this book does just that. It makes you feel. If only every book could do that. Gayle Forman has a way with words that is so vividly descriptive of the places and the people. You are there. You become immersed in the book and in her words. The story flows effortlessly from beginning to end and captured me from the very first page. All of her books do this to me and I love that about her writing. She writes stories that are true to life and believable. We all have our demons don't we. I loved this book and can not wait for her next one. I highly recommend this read!
