I'm used to such an upbeat setting when it comes to Gayle's books.
However, this was not like that for me.
Gayle is in my top 10 favorite authors and I was really looking forward to reading her new novel "I have lost my way" this summer.
I would like to re-read it given I don't remember as much as I should from this novel. It just didn't stick with me as the rest of her other novels did..
I wonder if that's because it wasn't the best time to read it when I did?
Or if I just wasn't hooked with the storyline itself.
I really enjoyed the series of Gayle's that was always starting with "just one" either it was day, or year.
