Why did I wait so long to read this? I don’t know. I loved “If I Stay” although it left me a crying mess, so after that experience I learned to not read Gayle Forman books when I’m on my emotional time of the month... ladies, you know what I am talking about. In any case, Gayle Forman has done it again, although I wasn’t a mess at the end, I still felt emotionally attached to the characters. There were some instances in the novel that I felt were a bit slow, but if you could brave through them you will be rewarded in a heartwarming way, and it will also remind you of the power of fate and how two flawed characters come together and you know they are just beyond perfection. This is the kind of book I would anyone who is in need of a literary pick me up.
