I loved this YA horror book so much! From the beginning of the book, the atmosphere is rich and vivid, and it's easy to imagine the setting. There are lots of details of food and drink, which I loved. The ballet environment is so tense, and you begin to feel very stressed about the characters. Honestly, even just the ballet setting and social dynamics feel like a horror novel, but this is also a supernatural horror book. The story escalates and has a very creepy and scary plot.
I would recommend this book to horror fans, especially those who are comfortable with some parts that are difficult to fully understand or explain. If you want everything to be clearly laid out, this might not be the book for you. The main character is not always perfect - she makes decisions that are sometimes hard to watch. I had an amazing time with this read, and I also love the cover.
